Salary : $75,000-90,000 / year

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong organizational and administrative skills to support both the company’s financial operations and day-to-day office functions. This role is a unique mix of accounting and administrator duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and general office management tasks, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications.
• Ensure a smooth workflow and provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
