💰 Salary : $80,000 – $90,000 annually

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Intake Admissions to lead our Assessment & Referral (A&R) department. This role is vital in ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic intake processes for patients seeking behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate patient assessments with A&R Counselors and physicians.
- Oversee the admissions process and collaborate with Admissions Clerks.
- Support discharge planning under the direction of hospital leadership.
- Work closely with Clinical, Utilization Review, and other departments to meet hospital goals.
- Engage with the community to promote access and awareness.
