• Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge.
• At least two years technical skill or experienceworking as an Electrician.
• Must have a valid New York State or New Jersey driver’s license.
• Must have good organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime hours and be on-call 24 hours / 7days.
• Experience with and proven commitment to working with low-income and marginalized communities, and individuals with multiple chronic medical and / or behavioral health conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and exercise good judgment, and to work independently and collaboratively with minimal daily supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional computer software skills, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and working familiarity with Salesforce or similar.
• Ability to travel to appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. for job-related business.
