We are seeking a Program Manager to drive execution across our Aalo-X experimental reactor at INL and the Aalo-1 reactor as part of the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial product. This role will be responsible for managing schedules, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. You will work closely with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE / NRC stakeholders to keep our ambitious timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project execution for Aalo-X at INL, ensuring DOE authorization milestones are met.
• Lead program coordination for Aalo-1 within the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial deployment.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to keep projects moving forward.
• Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.
• Track and report progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
• Ensure regulatory and technical milestones are met for both Aalo-X and Aalo-1 deployment.
