Forklift Operator

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT FORKLIFT OPERATING EXPERIENCE (TURRET, REACH, OR SIT-DOWN)

Connect Staffing is seeking experienced Turret Forklift Operators, Reach Forklift Operators, and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to fill multiple openings at a large, well-organized warehouse facility located in Fontana, CA .

Schedule :

Start times available at 7 : 00am, 8 : 00am, 9 : 00am, and 3 : 00pm (8-hour shifts with overtime as required)

Pay Rates :

1st Shift : $20.00 per hour

2nd Shift : $21.50 per hour

Requirements for Forklift Operators :

Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a Turret, Reach, or Sit-Down Forklift.

Must have valid and current forklift certification.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Must be able to stand, bend, and work on and off equipment throughout the shift.

Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required.

Must have steel toe boots.

Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Order Picker, or Shipping and Receiving Associate is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator :

Safely operate Turret, Reach, or Sit-Down Forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials.

Transport pallets throughout the warehouse and place them in designated storage locations.

Assist with order picking, staging, and replenishment as needed.

Inspect forklifts before use and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
