Job description

You will be providing care in the patient’s home in accordance with their individual care plan.

Responsibilities may include :

Assists residents with activities of daily living, such as :

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Transfers
• Feeding
• Preparing or heating up meals
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, and orderly environment for the individual by completing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Accompany client to medical appointments and other errands.
• Allowing and encouraging clients to do as much of their own care as possible.

Available Hours and Days :

8am to 1pm - 7days a week

Requirements

Part-time and full-time positions are available starting at $-$ per hr. Compensation : $ - $ per hour
