Position Highlights
The Executive Assistant is an essential member of the Department of Dermatology. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support office leadership with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling internal communications, and overseeing routine office functions. A component of the position includes assisting with finance-related paperwork, such as purchasing, invoice processing, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will also offer administrative support to the Department of Basic Medical Sciences.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims.
