Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor a team of Clinical Outreach Coordinators and Directors to ensure top performance

Create and implement marketing and business development plans to attract clients

Build relationships with referral partners and negotiate contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, social services, or education required

Master's degree in business, social services, or education preferred

Minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare position preferred, with a focus on behavioral health

Proven ability to build relationships and drive business results through others
