Key Responsibilities

Handle plaintiff class action cases across various practice areas

Manage a typical caseload while ensuring timely and effective legal representation

Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communication

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in plaintiff class action law

Experience in one or more relevant practice areas such as ERISA, FCRA, or medical malpractice

Must be barred in at least one state

Ability to work 100% remotely

Negotiable base salary expectations based on experience
