Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional function

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness

Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to address patients' needs and goals

Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Perform meaningful and effective assessments and interventions in a variety of settings, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as patient education and support

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care

Requirements :

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of CT

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs and backgrounds
