Aerotek Is hiring for several FAA License Aircraft Inspectors in Rockford, IL.
Job Description
As an Inspector, you will ensure that aviation work complies with manufacturer and customer data. You will perform various inspections including incoming, primary, hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections. Your role involves reviewing maintenance records and documentation to ensure all repairs, inspections, operational checks, and necessary documentation are completed as per current technical data. You will be authorized to approve work for return to service, all while adhering to company safety requirements. You will be inspecting 737 and 737 Max aircraft.

Work Environment
Work in a modern hangar built in the last 10 years at Rockford International Airport, primarily focused on commercial aircraft. The facility spans 238,000 square feet with two 10-story hangar bays. While the hangar is very clean, it can get cold from September to May due to the opening and closing of the hangar. There are current openings across various shifts, with day shifts from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM and swing shifts from 4 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 AM.

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $72000.00 / yr.
