Job Summary
This position is responsible for integrating quality assurance and testing processes and procedures into the software development life cycle in support of Tractor Supply Company’s business and IT software applications. This position will be responsible for the organization and management of a software QA testing team and the testing process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Required Qualifications
Experience : 10+ years overall QA testing experience. Prefer 3+ years in a previous managerial position. Hands-on experience with industry-standard suites of tools used by QA groups such as : Jira, Confluence, Q-test, etc. Experience with off-shore, near-shore, or alternative staffing models preferable.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Advanced degree highly desirable. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications : None
High Demand IT Specialized skills : None
Platform knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows) : Cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
