[job_card.job_description]Performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Must be AHA BLS certified. Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start, updated yearly, minimum 80% score. Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted. Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite. Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination signed and dated by traveler. Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31), exemptions accepted but mask required. Positive IGRA or PPD results, X-ray within a year stating no infection, and TB Questionnaire completed. Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter. Driver's License / State ID must be valid and match address requirements. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot) required within specified timeframes. Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of history by healthcare provider. No declinations accepted. Valid Tdap vaccination within 10 years, no declinations accepted. Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty. Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, must show proof of all 12 drugs tested. Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start. Qualifying references and background checks as per Ascension requirements. Sat / Sun 0700-2300; Mon 0830-1700 Forward facing headshot with a white or blue background, no alterations or filters. Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025; exemptions accepted but mask required. Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form completed onsite by facility. Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation required. Flu season is October 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026; exemptions accepted but mask required.
