Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain parcel, roadway, and subdivision boundaries in the geographic information database

Research and interpret recorded documents to maintain accurate ownership and tax authority boundaries

Interact with various stakeholders to verify data accuracy and respond to inquiries regarding assessment data

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in GIS preferred

1 year of technical knowledge of legal descriptions or title work preferred

Experience with ARC / INFO and ArcPro software preferred
