THE DAY TO DAY:

• $30-40/hr is the starting rate, depending on experience
• MUST BE OK WORKING 40-50 HOUR WEEKS, AND WEEKENDS WHEN NEEDED
• MUST BE OK TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE STATE FOR WORK WHEN NEEDED (up to 1-2 weeks, once or twice per year)
• Lay out components including PLCs, VFDs, and power and control devices
• Wire control panels according to electrical diagrams and schematics
• Mount panel components using power tools and various hand tools
• Wiring including 460 V motor controls, 120 V control and low voltage wiring
• Perform control panel testing
• Install PLC’s, relays, control circuit breaker, and wiring transformers
• Strip and tin wires, crimp pins to wires and connect to housing, install hardware where needed
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
