The client is looking for An IT Field Services Delivery Lead / Technical Support Lead who can manage and guides a team of IT support staff, overseeing daily technical assistance, troubleshooting system / network issues, training junior members, ensuring operational excellence, and bridging user problems with technical solutions, often requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle escalating issues and implement new tools.
Key Responsibilities :
