The client is looking for An IT Field Services Delivery Lead / Technical Support Lead who can manage and guides a team of IT support staff, overseeing daily technical assistance, troubleshooting system / network issues, training junior members, ensuring operational excellence, and bridging user problems with technical solutions, often requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle escalating issues and implement new tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Mentoring, guiding, and managing a team of IT support specialists.
  • Technical Escalations : Handling complex, escalated technical issues that junior staff can't resolve, often involving networks, software, hardware, and user accounts.
  • Operational Excellence : Ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining systems, and improving processes.
  • Training & Development : Building the team's technical skills and knowledge.
  • Tool Adoption : Researching and implementing new support tools and automation.
  • User Support : Providing high-level support to employees or clients, diagnosing faults, and resolving technical problems.
