Family Medicine – OB is Optional (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)

West Duluth, MN

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS :

  • Be part of a department advancing a high-quality, efficient service model that integrates MDs, Aps, RNs, Cas, and other support staff, fostering a culture of patient-centered care and staff resilience.
  • Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.
  • Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.
  • Benefit from an established patient base
  • Anticipated work schedule : Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours
  • Flexible shifts with Clinic hours : 7 : 15 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday)
  • Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai
  • Digital X-Ray with rapid results
  • Call schedule : 1 in 12 (phone only)
  • Flexible starting FTE : 0.6 – 1.0
  • Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)

REQUIRMENTS :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Practice.

    • COMPENSATION

  • $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
