Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in a software development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong background in .NET Framework / Core development and Java
Experience with AWS, microservices architecture, and compliance standards like FedRAMP and SOC II
Proven ability to mentor remote teams and implement Agile processes
