Behavioral Health Technician

Pay : $24.04-28.85 / hour – full benefits plus differentials!

Location : Fort Collins, CO

Job Type : Direct Hire

Hours :

Option A : Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 7 : 00pm to 7 : 30am and every other Saturday 7 : 00pm to 7 : 30am

Option B : Thursday - Saturday 7 : 00am to 7 : 30pm and every other Wednesday 12 : 00pm to 8 : 00pm

How you will spend your time as a Behavioral Health Technician :

Provide services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis

Conduct milieu management

Implement brief counseling interventions

Facilitate psycho-education and activities groups

Participate in treatment planning within a Crisis Stabilization Unit setting

Engage with a large interdisciplinary team, including RNs, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Therapists, and Psychologists

Skills and experience we would like you to have as a Behavioral Health Technician :

Bachelor's degree in behavioral science.

Work experience with people with severe and persistent mental illness / substance abuse issues or individuals with similar human-service needs.

Bilingual / bi-cultural a plus.
