The Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate Graphic Designer and Video Editor with an eye for fashion to join our creative team. This role will be instrumental in creating on‑brand marketing materials across various platforms. You will create high‑quality graphics, video edits, and other visual assets and elements that enhance our customers’ end‑to‑end experience. Your expertise in composition, typography, video editing and more will ensure a cohesive customer journey. This role will be mainly in‑person at either our Oakland, CA headquarters, New York City office, or Israel office.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual assets such as videos, static images, gifs, and more for ads, emails, ruti.com, and beyond.

Partner closely with our Senior Creative Designer to develop on‑brand creative.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions, and advocate for high‑quality design standards.

Incorporate data‑driven insights and stakeholder feedback to iterate on and improve designs.

Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all creative.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and best‑in‑class craft.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2+ years of professional experience as a visual designer or in a similar design role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of visual design projects, graphic design production, video edits, etc.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Bonus If You Have

DTC retail industry experience, particularly fashion.
