Ideal candidates deliver exceptional service, maintain attention to detail, and thrive in fast-paced or upscale dining environments. Job Responsibilities

Duties may vary by assignment but can include :

Providing attentive, friendly, and efficient table service

Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into POS systems

Demonstrating knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredients

Making recommendations for food, wine, and beverage pairings

Delivering food and beverages promptly and checking on guest satisfaction

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned sections

Processing payments accurately and handling cash or credit transactions

Following all food safety, sanitation, and service standards

Collaborating with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

Previous serving experience in high-volume or fine dining environments preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Professional appearance and demeanor

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
