Job Overview

We are continuously building our pipeline of professional, guest-focused Servers for high-volume restaurants and fine dining establishments. Ideal candidates deliver exceptional service, maintain attention to detail, and thrive in fast-paced or upscale dining environments. New opportunities become available regularly at busy restaurants, upscale dining venues, and special events.

Job Responsibilities

Duties may vary by assignment but can include:

• Providing attentive, friendly, and efficient table service

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into POS systems

• Demonstrating knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredients

• Making recommendations for food, wine, and beverage pairings

• Delivering food and beverages promptly and checking on guest satisfaction

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned sections

• Processing payments accurately and handling cash or credit transactions

• Following all food safety, sanitation, and service standards

• Collaborating with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in high-volume or fine dining environments preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
