The VP Success Manager Leader is a senior leader within LPL's Advisor Success Management organization, responsible for driving advisor success, growth, and satisfaction across a large geographic division. This role combines strategic leadership with a consultative approach to deepen relationships, deliver value, and create a thriving growth culture.
Responsibilities
As part of LPL's missionWe take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clientsyou will lead a team of success managers to execute on growth strategies, optimize advisor engagement, and ensure operational excellence. You will also serve as an advocate for advisors and an ambassador of the LPL brand, influencing initiatives that simplify business processes and enhance advisor experience.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management, with both branch and home office leadership experience preferred. 8+ years of experience handling advisor growth, retention, and recruiting. FINRA Series 7 / 66 (or equivalent) 5+ years of people leadership experience, including recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating teams. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Core competencies : executive presence with ability to interact with and influence senior leadership. Excellent communication skills; ability to frame complex issues and present to senior audiences.
