Case Manager – Serenity Human Service Coordination
Full-Time | Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Location: Idaho Falls
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 am - 6 pm
Salary: Starting pay is $22 per hour, plus an additional $2 for every billable unit completed. The additional $2 is paid as untaxed reimbursement for community workers.

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Case Manager to join our team and support clients in navigating services, resources, and individualized goals.
Position Summary
The Case Manager will work directly with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services, maintain client records, and ensure quality care. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, empathetic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
