You should have experience in a full-service restaurant , preferably fine dining or an upscale concept a nd be eager to support servers, bartenders, and managers in maintaining the high standards that define Lucille’s.
Whether you are a busser, food runner , or barback , you will be expected to work with precision, teamwork, and a strong sense of hospitality. Reliability, communication, and attention to detail are key.

Position Summary
The Support Team plays a crucial role in maintaining the pace, cleanliness, organization, and overall smooth operation of the restaurant. Bussers assist with table turnover and cleanliness, Food runners ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes, and Barbacks support bartenders to keep the bar fully stocked and running efficiently.
