Level 2 Trauma, Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center with high acuity neuro population, STEMI receiving, CABG / Valve / IABP, CRRT, Sepsis, Surgical

Pending Licenses : Not accepted

On-Call : Not required

Weekend Requirement : None

Locals Accepted : Yes

RTO : Must be submitted with profile—no exceptions

Floating : Required (PCU, ICU overflow)
