Marketplace Growth Lead

Bonfiire is delivering the world's best way to book in-person gatherings : a marketplace with the best venues, transparent pricing, and a three-click booking process. We're taking a truly zero-to-one approach in a market full of cumbersome RFP solutions that take weeks and dozens of steps to book a gathering.
We also have significant momentum. We currently serve more than 5% of the Fortune 500 as their system of record, we've processed over $100M in events, and have recently signed deals with Booking.com for Business and other major distributors. We've proven the model works. Now we're taking it to the next level with our new product and we need your help.
As our Marketplace Growth Lead, you'll build the curated supply of thousands of venues and experience providers that make it work.
What You'll Own
Define and Enforce Curation Standards
Establish what makes a package "Bonfiire-worthy" : space, food, drink, and vibe. We're not building another venue directory—we're building a curated marketplace that feels premium, exclusive, and trustworthy.
Scale with AI and Automation
Use existing databases, AI tools, data scraping, and smart automation to identify and list top venues. Build systems that scale curation without doing everything manually. Move fast.
Convert Listings into Partnerships
Once we're driving booking volume to venues, convert them into deeper partnerships with better rates, exclusive packages, and automated management through our OS platform.
Oversee Quality Control
Ensure every listing has compelling imagery, transparent pricing, and the right packages. Manage venue onboarding and ensure content meets standards. Fine-tune workflows and deliver consistent quality.
Hit Growth Targets
Have adequate onboarded suppliers ready for product launches in 2026. Growth-hack the marketplace and prove the model works at scale.
You're a Fit If You Have
A strong sense of taste in venues, experiences, and events
4–6 years in operations, partnerships, marketplace building, or hospitality
Deep understanding of what makes venues impressive for B2B gatherings
Comfort using AI tools, scraping data, and building scalable systems
BD / sales ability—you can build relationships with venue operators and convert them
Product thinking—strong instincts for curation, presentation, and what customers want
Scrappy execution—you thrive in 0–1 environments moving faster than feels comfortable
