Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Assistant to work at a Waco area business .

Job Title : Inside Sales Assistant

Job Status : Full-time

Job Location : Waco, TX 76710

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay : $17.00-$20.00 / hr to start DOE

Key Responsibilities :

  • First point of contact for customers in person and on phone
  • Engage potential customers until salesperson is available
  • Take credit card payments
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for the sales team
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Update showroom items and prices
  • Research prices with vendors
  • Keep showroom area clean for visitors
  • Data Entry Customer and Prospective Customer file information

Qualifications :

  • S trong customer service skills
  • Familiar with Word and Excel
  • Interest in Interior Design is helpful
  • High School diploma or equivalent
