When a guest walks through our doors theyre escaping their busy life for a few hours of genuine luxury : a comfy robe reflexology sandals a quiet relaxation room hot cinnamon tea and a warm neck wrap before their service even begins.

About This Role

As a Spa Coordinator / Key Holder youre the first and last impression of our spa. You open and close the building welcome guests into our world help them choose the right services and ensure they leave already thinking about their next visit. When something goes sideways you handle it. When the team needs direction you provide it.

This is a leadership position. Youll mentor newer team members make decisions when managers arent on-site and take ownership of the guest experience from parking lot to checkout.
