Accounts Payable Clerk

A well-established lumber company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk. This is a critical role within the organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities :

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Woodware Systems (training provided).
• Verify proper approvals, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized AP files and documentation.
• Prepare and process check runs and assist with vendor payments.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments regarding billing questions.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel daily.
• Support general office tasks and collaborate with team members as needed.
