Staff Test Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Test Automation Engineer to oversee testing processes and lead a team of test engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee development and execution of regression suites across multiple Salesforce sandboxes

Lead and mentor a distributed team of test engineers, promoting an automation-first approach

Track and report quality metrics to program leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 14+ years of equivalent IT experience

10+ years of hands-on testing experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce test automation

Experience creating test data for healthcare datasets and conducting User Acceptance Testing

Strong knowledge of CI / CD practices and experience in an agile environment

Personnel management experience required
