Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, that are in a classroom for the very first time! You will be assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and teach a fun and inspiring curriculum
• Teach beginning coordination and musical skills
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate with parents and other school personnel
• Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health and safety guidelines and ability to adhere to the guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
• The ability to make decisions under pressure
