As a Temporary Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing patient care navigation operations. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to coordinating onboarding steps ensuring that every new hire reflects our values and contributes to our mission of simplifying healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

This role is essential in shaping the first impression candidates have of Rely Health and building strong relationships with team members across Product, Operations, and Patient Care Navigation.

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (Patient Care Navigators, Operations, Product, Content Engineers, and more)
• Review and manage candidate pipelines within Workable (ATS)
• Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and hiring managers
• Track interview feedback, evaluations, and hiring decisions
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ensure high data integrity in ATS
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines
• Support recruitment reporting, metrics, and weekly hiring updates
