York Solutions, LLC is hiring: Graphic Designer in Minneapolis

Description Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. This role will involve a mix of editorial design, branding, prototyping, and immersive design experiences.

Location : Onsite - Downtown Minneapolis, MN (preferred) or Remote

Hours : 20-30 hr. / weekly

Responsibilities : Create innovative and compelling design concepts based on client needs and project goals.

Develop high-quality product mockups for various digital and print materials.

Design layouts for editorial content, such as publications, brochures, and presentations.

Conceptualize and design engaging exhibit experiences for trade shows, galleries, and events.

Create custom illustrations to complement designs and enhance storytelling.

Design polished PowerPoint presentations, templates, and graphic frameworks for client and internal use.

Develop logos, marks, packaging, signage, and mood boards that effectively communicate the brand’s identity.

Create and iterate on prototypes to visualize design concepts before production.

Use Sketch to create and refine design elements for web, mobile, and other digital products.

Ensure all projects are completed on time while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Required Qualifications : Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for design and illustration.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and templates.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Ability to create visually stunning branding and editorial designs.

Strong concept development and visual storytelling abilities.

At least 5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities across multiple disciplines.

Experience designing for exhibits and immersive experiences.

Comfortable prototyping, sketching, and experimenting with design ideas.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience in 2D animation and graphic / video editing is a plus.

Experience in product design and mockups is beneficial.

Knowledge of graphic & video editing for enhanced multimedia content is a bonus.
