A company is looking for a Director of Training.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the enterprise training function and consolidate training teams
Implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) and standardize training content across business units
Develop metrics and processes to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in LMS implementation and managing enterprise-wide training initiatives
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and blended learning strategies
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
