Empath Home Health a part of Empath Health is growing! Were expanding our home health services in south Pinellas county and looking for a passionate full-time Home Health PT Physical Therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to serve patients in their homes with the flexibility to set your own schedule and grow with us as we continue to build our presence in the this full-time role youll deliver individualized care build trusted patient relationships and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.

Locations : home health visits in south Pinellas county (St. Pete Gulfport South Pasadena Pinellas Park Seminole Clearwater Largo and surrounding areas)

Schedule : M-F 40 hours with weekend / holiday on-call rotations
