[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and / or participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, which may include both indoor and outdoor areas associated with a technology, media, or telecommunications environment. Monitor for potential security-related concerns and report observations according to established protocols. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed. Document incidents, daily activities, and observations in a timely and accurate manner according to Allied Universal procedures. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid are preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
