As a Licensed Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees at Hard Rock Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible and professional presence to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and property.
• Patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized activities and enhance security.
• Monitor access points, conduct thorough bag checks, and perform entry screenings.
• Act swiftly and effectively in response to any security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies and disturbances.
• Collaborate closely with event personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services to address and resolve issues.
• Provide top-tier customer service by assisting attendees and addressing their inquiries.
• Document security-related incidents accurately and promptly report them to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class D Security License.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
• Previous experience in event security or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to remain active for extended periods.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work well in a team with diverse individuals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
