Responsibilities:

  • Provide family medicine and primary/acute care to patients aged 2 and up
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

  • Active CO license
  • Current BLS certification
  • DEA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
