Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and HOA clients.
Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present tailored service solutions.
Partner with operations for a seamless client handoff from sale to service delivery.
Track and manage sales pipeline activity using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and networking groups.
Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
3+ years of business development or outside sales experience, ideally in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
