Contract Front Desk Associate

Position Summary :

ProCraft Cabinetry (Chicago Location) is looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk(seasonal) to join our team at a wholesale cabinetry company in Chicago. As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations. This full-time position will require work for 6 months,  tentatively starting on December 8, 2025, or December 15, 2025, and ending on May 31, 2026.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism.
• Provide basic information and direct inquiries to the right department.
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning, etc.).
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Support sales and warehouse staff with office tasks as needed.

Job Type : Full-time (temporary / seasonal work for 6 months); on-site job.

Pay : Average pay rate $18 / hour based on experience, knowledge, and ability.

Schedule : 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday, starting 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm.
