Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Server to join our dinner service team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in upscale dining, a refined understanding of French food and wine, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As a server at Cafe Stella, you will play a key role in delivering elevated, thoughtful, and seamless service throughout our evening dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner

Confidently guide guests through the menu, including French dishes, culinary techniques, nightly specials, and wine pairings

Take and enter orders with precision and efficiency

Deliver food and beverages promptly while upholding presentation and service standards

Anticipate guest needs and resolve inquiries or concerns with poise and discretion

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless dinner service execution

Process payments and manage transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment

Assist with dining room setup and breakdown before and after service

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in upscale or fine-dining service

Strong knowledge of French cuisine, French dining service standards, and wine

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and grace

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to superior guest experience

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

Valid food handler’s certification (or ability to obtain one)
