Salary : $18.50

Warehouse Clerk 2nd Shift (4 : 00 PM 12 : 30 AM)

Pay : $18.50 / hour

Location : Detroit, MI

Schedule : Full-Time Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed

Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days; 401(k) after one year

About the Role :

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse / distribution center environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while supporting warehouse operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and process outgoing shipping labels for 2nd shift
  • Process and report product returns
  • Generate and compile daily attendance rosters and operational reports
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Verify completed orders and print shipping documents
  • Perform data entry and retrieve information from warehouse systems
  • File documents and maintain an organized workspace
  • Provide administrative support to the department manager
  • Share clerical responsibilities during staff absences or vacations

Requirements :

  • 12 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center clerical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning other warehouse software
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
