Activities :

• Design project timelines, create budgets and Bill of Materials for custom orders.
• Ensure project meets deadlines from start through production readiness.
• Verify project adheres to established timelines and deadlines, from design through first production run.
• Manage tooling projects.
• Recommend appropriate materials based on project requirements.
• Revise design geometry as needed based on characteristics of the selected materials.
• Oversee creation and validation of processes for injection molding operations. Requirements :
• B.S. degree in Polymer Science or Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years plastics or rubber industry experience in project management for manufacturing or tooling projects.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and provide cost and time reduction measures for production lines.
