A company is looking for a Payroll Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with global payroll regulations
Conduct audits, prepare reconciliations, and manage payroll reporting and financial close processes
Lead process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of global payroll operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Experience in managing payroll through Employer of Record (EOR) partners and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions
Hands-on experience with payroll accounting principles and modern payroll / HRIS systems
Proven ability to manage competing deliverables and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
