Provider Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the credentialing processes for 10-20 payors, ensuring timely submission and follow-up of applications

Conduct regular reviews to validate the accuracy of internal credentialing data against payor data and maintain documentation for smooth operations

Assist in building out new payor operations and create standardized submission protocols for new payors

Required Qualifications

Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with at least two years of experience in Provider Enrollment or four years of experience in Provider Enrollment

Strong familiarity with credentialing processes, terminology, and primary source verification resources such as CAQH and NPDB

Ability to drive accountability and ensure deadlines are met

Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new software like HubSpot and Excel

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
