A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer II responsible for supporting IT desktop operations and providing technical assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate desktop builds and deployments for office and remote employees
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing support for network printing and in-house Wi-Fi service
Administer certain third-party software applications and assist with network administration
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of work-related experience in PC and network support
Knowledge of personal computers, hardware, and peripherals
Basic understanding of network components and LAN administration
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Microsoft Certification is a plus
