Sr. Internal Communications Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist, someone who’s ready to be part of a growing team with amazing opportunities. In this position, you’ll assist in shaping and executing internal communication strategies that strengthen employee understanding of the hospital's mission, priorities and culture. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide counsel,
develop clear and compelling content and manage communication channels that drive engagement, build organizational ambassadors and inspire employees to take action.

Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or related field required
• 4 years of experience with internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement required
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
• Change management communication experience preferred
