Oncology Physician Assistant Locums Job in South Carolina Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call 2 / 1 / 2026 - 9 / 30 / 2026 Assignment

Coverage Needed : 2 / 1 / 2026 - 9 / 30 / 2026

Shift Descriptions :

Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Call schedule : First call for patient / hospital phone calls Tuesday 4 : 30pm-8 : 00am, Friday 4 : 30pm-Monday 8 : 00am

Call rotation is one every 5-6 weeks

On-site inpatient rounding Saturday and Sunday

Requirements :

Board certified in Hematology & Oncology

Must be licensed in South Carolina

BLS, DEA

Assignment Details :

Percentage of practice : 65% benign hematology and 35% malignant oncology

Support staff includes 4 APPs

Patients per day : outpatient - 15, hospital (call / rounding) - 20

EMR : Epic

Procedures / duties : Management of bone marrow transplants, blood bank, order tests and images, prescribes

Credentialing timeframe : 60 days
