The Position

2026 Summer Intern - Near Patient Care Sales Operations

Department Summary

The Near Patient Care Franchise at Roche Diagnostics is breaking records growing share and launching new products in 2026. This internship position is located in Indianapolis IN On-site

The Opportunity

The Intern will work directly with the Sr. Sales Ops Manager and Sales Ops Specialist to condense and prioritize reporting provide analytics on the reports and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to improve processes.

Final presentations of project work to senior leaders.

Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.

Program Highlights

Intensive 12 week (40 hours per week) paid internship

Program start dates are in May / June 2026

A stipend based on location will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

Participate in volunteer projects social events and team-building activities

Access to on-site fitness and wellness center (subject to change)

Who You Are (Required)

Must be pursuing or have attained an Associates Degree

Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree (enrolled student).

Required majors : Business Administration Marketing Analytics Healthcare Administration

Required skills :

Understanding of and Tableau

Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint etc.) and Google Tools

Desire GPA 3.0 or higher

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions : Integrity Courage and Passion.

Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint etc.) and Google Suite of Tools

Desire GPA 3.0 or higher

Understanding of and Tableau (preferred but not a must)

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis IN is $21-$26 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
